Items posted in the "For Sale" discussion are not endorsed, recommended, controlled, or guaranteed by JapanInYourPalm.com.  Transactions that result from the articles in the "For Sale" discussion are solely the responsibility of the seller and buyer.  JapanInYourPalm.com is not responsible for any hardships or personal losses from products or the posting of the products on this site.  JapanInYourPalm.com does not guarantee 100% uptime of the site or any articles in discussion groups.

The recommended restaurants on this site are establishments that have been visited and enjoyed by users of JapanInYourPalm.com and others.  Any issues occurring as a result of a visit to a herein mentioned restaurant are not the responsibility of JapanInYourPalm.com (including, without limitation, sickness obtained as a result of eating a meal at a recommended restaurant,  injury, or hardship created by an experience at the restaurant).  Fish and other items are usually quite fresh in a typical Japanese restaurant; however, you will be eating at these recommended restaurants solely at your own risk.

Handheld computer downloads
JapanInYourPalm.com is not responsible for loss of data from or damage to your handheld PDA that results from the download or installation of AvantGo and JapanInYourPalm.com's associated web site.  We've never heard of an issue.  AvantGo is a very popular software tool.
