Rihga Royal Hotel - 1st floor lobby, past the front desk, near the gift shop. Beautiful western style lavatory. They even have paper towels at the sink. McDonalds - Near Anderson's on the Hondori Mall or near Parco on the Hondori Mall. Any video game arcade will also have a public restroom. |
