4. The fields shown should be automatically filled out as follows:

   Link Depth:   5
   Include Images:   Yes
   Follow Off-site Links:   No
   Refresh:   on every sync
5. Click on the Save Channel button.
6. That's it!  On your next hot sink, JapanInYourPalm.com's content will be downloaded to your handheld.
7. The handheld/AvantGo version of the JapanInYourPalm site is about 185 kbytes.
8. If you are accessing AvantGo at work and your company has a firewall click here.
