Mitchan
Hiroshima is famous for its okonomiyaki dish.  You'll find several of these popular so called Michan Okonomiyaki restaurants in downtown Hiroshima.  They have an extensive menu, reasonable prices and an energetic atmosphere.

Walking directions
From Tenmaya corner:
Walk north up street car line (Chuo dori), make a left at the first traffic light, restaurant is a few buildings down on your right, sort of set back on the first floor.
From Rihga Royal Hotel:
Walk north toward castle, make a right at the light (Jonan dori Ave.)  Then, at Chuo dori Ave. (street car line) make a right.  Head south to the 4th traffic light.  Make a right, Mitchan is a few buildings down on your right.
