Hibari's
Popular Chinese restaurant in the
Kanayama-Cho section of downtown. Delicious, even by Chinese
standards. The chief chef (Segawa-san) is very friendly and loves to practice his English.

From Tenmaya corner:
Walk east along street car line.
Make a right at the 4th traffic light east of Tenmaya (there is a large red sign over the
street on your right). Hibari's is on the left just
past the 1st corner on your left (look for the lit up green sign)
From Rihga Royal Hotel:
Walk south towards Sogo. Cross the main intersection. Make a
left on streetcar line and walk east past the Tenmaya department store corner.

I usually order yaki soba and
chahan. The yaki soba comes with a delicious
soup. The braised shrimp with chili sauce is also good.
