Directions Find Tenmaya. Walk west along the main street (with the streetcars). Go past Fukuya department store and turn left into the covered shopping street. Go straight until you reach Parco. Turn right at Parco and continue along the main Hondori (covered shopping street). About 1/2 way before you reach the first major intersection on Hondori you'll see a Pachinko on your left-hand side. Next to the Pachinko is a sign for Caesars 9 with prices and the elevator doors. Take the elevator up to the 3F and you're there.

Description This is a great find. Not only does it have internet access, PlayStation 2, a restaurant, and pool tables, but the draft beer is 300 Yen/mug! There are 6 pool tables here and you pay by the hour at the cashier when you leave. The interior is huge and especially contrary to what you would picture the size of a bar above Hondori would be. Since it is fairly new (opened 5/2000) the interior decor is in top notch shape. This is a great place to go to shoot some pool, catch a cheap meal, and take advantage of the great draft beer prices. Did I mention that the draft beer was only 300 Yen/mug? |
