| Walking
Directions Walk south down the busy Chuo dori street. Make a right (cross the wide street) at the 2nd light. Walk to the end (you're in the Hondori mall now), and make a left. You'll see the Parco department store ahead of you. Go around Parco to the right. Continue walking south past Parco and onto Namiki Dori, pass the Subway sandwich shop on your left. Seychelles is on the left and you can clearly see the neon sign in the window of the 2nd floor. Take the large staircase up and the entrance is directly to your right.

Description Although this is a "Tropical Island Bar", it doesn't immediately jump out at you why it should earn that title. Seychelles is a fairly spacious place with various seating along a curved bar or at various groups of tables. Once you get the extensive drink menu you see why it's called Tropical. The mixed drink menu includes just about every "foo-foo" drink you could imagine in a dazzling array of colors with multitudes of fruit wedges, paper umbrellas, etc. included. Some of the drinks run toward the expensive side, but they are quite delicious. If you really dig the cocktails, the best option for you would be to buy the 2500 Yen cocktail course. With this you get 2 hours of all you can drink cocktails and they even throw in some snacks to go along with it. The 2500 Yen option is just for cocktails and softdrinks. If you want the beer option you have to elect one of the more expensive sets that includes a multi-course meal. |
