Walking Directions
Find Tenmaya. Walk east along the main streetcar line. Make a right at the first traffic light (the far corner of Mitsukoshi department store). You'll walk beneath a large overhead sign that says Suntory Whiskey. This puts you into the famous bar district called Nagarekawa. Count 2 blocks on your left. At the 2nd block notice the greyish building. Harry's is in the basement level of that building. An English "Harry's Bar" sign near the stairway leads you down and directly into Harry's Bar.

Description
Interesting and swanky place located in the basement level in Nagarekawa. One of the larger bars in town. One room has a long L-shaped bar; the other has many round tables of various sizes. It's interesting to sit at the bar and watch the staff mix up a wide variety of cocktails with robotic seriousness & precision. This bar has more of a sophisticated air than a lot of others, but it's still laid back, just in a stylistic kind of way. There's supposedly a 10% discount for foreigners, but I can't admit that I've ever really checked my bill at the end of the night. One of the few bars in town that serve Heradura Tequila.
