Walking Directions
Find Tenmaya.  Walk south along Chou Dori (the only street without streetcar tracks).  Go 2 blocks and turn left towards Nagarekawa.  (There's a brown brick building on the corner that has the Asahi Beer Hall on the top floor.)  Look to your right just before you reach the first intersection and you'll see the sign for Cave Land (there'll be one overhead, too).  The entrance is on the 2nd floor next to the elevator.

Description
When you first open the door and walk in, you get the feeling that if you were claustrophobic you wouldn't do too well in here.  Suiting its name, you feel like you've walked into the inside of a cave. As your eyes adjust to the darkness you'll make out the various tables and barstools packed into the dark. (you'll shocked by how spacious the bathroom is, compared to the tight quarters in the rest of the bar.)  The interesting "lit from behind" bottles create a glow that lights the place.  A relatively inexpensive place to drink a few beers, and a bargain on Mondays & Thursdays (500 yen cover, 100 yen/beer).  Don't be fooled by them not asking for your cover charge when you walk in the door.  It will be on your bill when you leave.
