Favorite dishes I highly recommend the kamameshi dish. It's a combination of rice, crab, mushroom, and egg peas. Delicious! It's not the traditional yakitori type of meal on a stick, but very nice. Also recommended: Skewered items: white meat (kashiwa), beefsteak plant & chicken (shisomaki) And of course, please try the skewered asparagus. -- Al Nevarez, Ford Motor Company Top
