About Pizza Riva
Hours: Mon-Sat: 6pm to 10pm Sundays: 12pm-2pm, 6pm-10pm Regarded by many as the best pizza in the Hiroshima area. A few minutes outside of downtown, but well worth the trip. Casual, yet elegant dining room. Near the Yokogawa JR station. |
| Directions By JR Train from Hiroshima Station: Take Sanyo line to Yokogawa (1st stop). After exiting the front of the station, walk straight out and down the busy road (streetcar) that is perpendicular to the main entrance of the Yokogawa station. Make a right at the 3rd light, just before a bridge. Pizza Riva is on your right, across from a children's park. By Streetcar: Take the main streetcar line from downtown towards Peace Park, transfer at the Dobashi station and head north towards Yokogawa. Get off at the Yokogawa 1Chome station, just after you cross the first bridge and before reaching the Yokogawa JR station. Walk back towards the bridge and make a right. Pizza Riva is on your right.. From Tenmaya corner: Head towards Fukuya department store and Peace Park (along the streetcar line). 5 lights past Peace Park, you'll come to another streetcar line. Make a right there and follow that street north for 7 lights. The 7th light is just over a bridge, make a left there. Pizza Riva is on your right. (less than 15 minutes by bike) From Rihga Royal Hotel: Same as from Tenmaya. |

The 4 ingredient pizza called Quatto Stagioni is terrific. The pizzas are medium size by American standards. If you are really hungry, we suggest one pizza per person, or fill up on an appetizer beforehand. |
