Similar cooking style to Tonkatsu, these skewered, deep fried vegetables, meat, and seafood pieces can be quite tasty.   You may order individually, but it's more economical to order the sets, as mentioned below.

Directions
From Tenmaya corner:
Walk south down the busy Chuo dori street.  Make a right (cross the wide street) at the 2nd light.  Walk to the end (you're in the Hondori mall now), and make a left.  You'll see the Parco department store ahead of you.  Make a left at Parco.  The restaurant is just across from the Parco entrance closest to you. 
From Rihga Royal Hotel:
Walk south towards the Sogo department store.  Cross the main street and continue south along the streetcar line.  Make a left into the Hondori mall (at the first light south of Sogo).  Continue walking east on the Hondori until you arrive at the large Parco department store.  Make a left at Parco, then a quick right.  The restaurant is just across from the Parco entrance there.

Nanakusa Gozen ---- 1,000yen
(7 sticks including deep fried mushroom, asparagus, pork, shrimp, and etc..
etc../ Rice/ Miso soup/ fruits/ ice cream)

Higawari Gozen ---- 830yen
(Lunch of the day)

Kushiage Sashimi Gozen ---- 1,280yen
(Sticks and sliced raw fish/ Rice/ Miso soup)


DINNER SET:
Omakase gushi ---- From 2,500yen to 4,000yen
(Various sticks will be served to you until you tell them " stop " )

Osusume course ---- 2,200yen
(Chef's recommendation)
