Kawamoto Sandwich and Dessert 082-211-4722 6-25 Noborimachi, Naka-Ku Hours: 8am to 8pm GPS: N34º 23.703' E132º 27.027'		Elegant, yet reasonably priced sandwich and dessert restaurant located near the Ford building downtown. Just opened in March of 2000. Although these sandwiches don't come close in size to that found in a NY style deli, they were the largest we've seen in Hiroshima.

Arch Cafe 082-263-8817 Hiroshima Museum of Contemporary Art Hijiyama, Minami-Ku		Bright, private, and elegant sandwich cafe next to the Hiroshima Museum of Contemporary Art in Hijiyama Park. Sandwich's are slightly larger than normally found Hiroshima.

Sandwich House Gourmet Pacela Mall Motomachi, Naka-Ku GPS: N34º 23.776' E132º 27.477'		One of the few restaurants in Hiroshima dedicated to sandwiches. Sandwiches are small by western standards, but you'll find a wide selection of familiar choices here. In the Pacela Mall behind Rihga Royal. Free drink refills.

Subway 082-544-0177 5-17 Shintenchi, Naka-Ku Hours: 10am to 10pm GPS: N34º 23.496' E132º 27.666'		One of the few familiar sites in town. Exactly like the Subway back in the US. Similar selection of sandwiches, and definitely that similar taste.
